The Philadelphia Flyers have decided not to extend a qualifying offer to the pending restricted free agent Petr Mrazek, making him an unrestricted free agent on July 1st, according to PHilly.com’s Sam Sarhidi.
Mrazek, 26, went 6-6-3 in 17 games with a 3.22 GAA and a .891 save percentage for the Flyers after coming over from the Detroit Red Wings via trade last season.
