The Dallas Stars are making an argument that defenseman John Klingberg should get consideration for the Norris Trophy, and it’s hard to disagree with them.
NHL Network posted the following graphic earlier this week, which showed the leading candidates for the award, and Klingberg’s name was not found.

Dallas took exception to the omission and took to Twitter on Saturday to respond to NHL Network’s post, pointing out Klingberg’s statistics in the process.
John Klingberg has 3 assists today, is +4, has a 10 point lead in NHL defenseman scoring, and is 3rd in assists for all skaters. #GoStars https://t.co/4cAVFbYUJI
