Winnipeg inked Hendricks to a one-year deal worth $700,000, the team announced on Saturday.

Hendricks will vie for a spot on Winnipeg’s fourth line in training camp after playing the past three-and-a-half seasons with the Edmonton Oilers.

Hendricks registered 20 goals, 18 assists, and 245 penalty minutes in 214 games with Edmonton.
