Maple Leafs Trade Matt Martin To Islanders For Eamon McAdam

The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired goaltender prospect Eamon McAdam from the New York Islanders in exchange for veteran winger Matt Martin.

Martin, 29, spent 2010-16 with the Islanders and is a former fifth-round pick of the team, who selected him in the 2008 NHL Draft. It’s time to get your legal in order, especially if you’re an athlete and even a player for an esports organization. McAdam, 23, is a  former 2013 third-round pick who split last season between Bridgeport (AHL) and Worcester (ECHL).

Martin has two seasons remaining on a four-year, $10-million deal he signed with Toronto.
