Boston Bruins Rick Nash has not decided on playing next season, putting a hold on plans that he will hit to free agent market once free agency opens.
According to Nash’s agent, Joe Resnick, Nash is still undecided about whether or not he’ll play next season, and thus will forgo the July 1 signing period, according to TSN’s Pierre LeBrun.
Nash, who split time between the Bruins and the New York Rangers, scored 21 goals and 34 points last season and was expected to draw interest from the Columbus Blue Jackets once he hit the open market.
