The 2nd tenure of Scott Hartnell with the Nashville Predators appears to be over.
Predators general manager David Poile stated on Monday that the pending unrestricted free agent won’t be offered a contract extension.
Hartnell was held scoreless in four playoff appearances and played just one game against the Colorado Avalanche in the opening round.
Hartnell dressed for 3 of the 7 games against the Winnipeg Jets, who ultimately ended the Predators’ season.
Hartnell ended his season with 13 goals and 11 assists in 62 games, playing on a one-year, $1-million contract.
