Jets, Predators, Lightning Have ‘Strong Interest’ In Patrick Maroon

The Edmonton Oilers will have a lot of interested teams contacting them about acquiring forward Patrick Maroon as the NHL trade deadline approaches.

According to Fox Sports Midwest’s Andy Strickland, the Winnipeg Jets, Nashville Predators, and Tampa Bay Lightning are among the teams showing “strong interest” in acquiring Maroon.

As many as 7 teams have been mentioned as being interested making Maroon one of the hottest trade commodities on the market.

Maroon has struggled this season, after a strong 2016-2017 campaign, scoring just 14 goals and 30 points in 57 games this season.
