Golden Knights Trade Brendan Leipsic To Canucks

The Vegas Golden Knights have traded forward Brendan Leipsic to the Vancouver Canucks on Monday, the Canucks announced.

Vegas will receive defenseman Philip Holm, 26, who has scored 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists) in 42 games with Utica of the American Hockey League.

Holm made his NHL debut against the Golden Knights on Friday.

Leipsic has 13 points (two goals, 11 assists) in 44 games this season for Vegas. The 23-year old can become a restricted free agent after the 2018-19 season.
