Coyotes Sign Darcy Kuemper To 2-Year Deal

The Arizona Cardinals have officially signed goaltender Darcy Kuemper to a two-year contract, the team announced on Thursday.

The Coyotes acquired Kuemper from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for goaltender Scott Wedgewood and forward Tobias Rieder, in a trade completed on Wednesday.

According to TSN’s Bob McKenzie, Kuemper will earn $1.85 million per season, although details were not disclosed.

Kuemper has a 10-1-3 record with a .932 save percentage over 19 games this season.
