The Calgary Flames must have felt hexed whenever they traveled to Anaheim to play in the Honda Center.
The losses kept piling up.
But finally, the Flames would have their day as they snapped a 29-game losing streak at Anaheim’s Honda Center with a 2-0 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Monday night.
It was the longest such streak in NHL history.
The losing skid included 22 regular season games (0-17-5) and seven more in postseason play, according to NHL.com’s David Satriano.
