Blues Have Discussed Signing Jaromir Jagr

The St. louis Blues have had discussions about signing veteran free agent Jaromir Jagr, Blues general manager Doug Armstrong said on Thursday, according to Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic.

The fit for Jagr, 45, in St. Louis is clear as the team has a need forward after it was announced that Robby Fabbri will miss the entire 2017-18 season after re-injuring his surgically repaired left knee.

Jagr was productive with the Florida Panthers last season, scoring 16 goals and 30 assists.
