The Anaheim Ducks will honor one of the most dynamic duos in NHL history in a pre-game ceremony for Teemu Selanne and Paul Kariya.
The ceremony will take place before the Ducks November 19th game against the Florida Panthers, the team announced.
Selanne and Kariya played in 308 games together for the franchise, back when they were known as the Mighty Ducks, and combined for 783 points.
Kariya is #1 in franchise history in goals per game (0.49) and points per game (1.10) and is considered the team’s first superstar.
Selanne is the franchise’s all-time leader in games played (966), goals (457), and points (988). He was also a major part of their 2007 Stanley Cup victory.
