Canadiens’ Carey Price Out Indefinitely With Concussion

Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price will be out indefinitely due to a concussion, head coach Claude Julien said, according to Sportsnet’s Eric Engels.

It’s not shocking to hear that Price will miss time as he missed practice on Wednesday when he began suffering from concussion-like symptoms.

Price suffered the concussion during a game against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday, when he took a shot to the head.

In a corresponding move, Montreal recalled goaltender Charlie Lindgren from the American Hockey League on an emergency basis.
