Kings’ Dustin Brown To Have Hearing With NHL Department of Player Safety

Los Angeles Kings forward Dustin Brown will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Friday for crosschecking Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Justin Schultz during the 3rd period of their Thursday game.

Schultz left the game and did not return.

The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: cross-checking but the NHL Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
